Manny Howard is the founder of Stunt Foodways International and is a James Beard Foundation Award-winning journalist. Howard is the author of the runaway hit memoir, ‘My Empire of Dirt’ (published by Scribner) and recently contributed—along with Stephen King, Jim Harrison, Mario Batali, Mark Bittman, Jack Hitt, and Thomas Beller among others) to the essay collection, ‘Man with a Pan.’ He contributed an essay in “The Bastard on the Couch”, published by HarperCollins, and ‘Before & After: Stories of New York’. Manny has written for New York Times, The New York Times Magazine, Mens journal, GQ, ELLE, Travel & Leisure, New York Magazine, New York Observer and more.
In a strange twist of fate, Manny has appeared on The Colbert Report.
